Introduction of stator and rotor parts in electric machines

Time:2017-03-26 14:04:23     View:

The motor is composed of two parts, the rotor and the stator. The rotor of the motor is the rotating part of the motor, which is used to realize the conversion device of the electric energy and the mechanical energy and the mechanical energy and the electric energy. The motor rotor is divided into motor rotor and generator rotor.

Rotation mode
The rotor of the motor is divided into two types: internal rotor rotation and outer rotor rotation. The inner rotor rotation mode is that the core of the motor is a rotary body, and the output torque (of an electric motor) or the energy of an income (a generator) is used. The outer rotor rotation mode is that the outer body of the motor is a rotary body, and the utility model is convenient for various occasions.

Stator winding type
The stator winding can be divided into two types: centralized and distributed according to the shape of coil winding and the way of embedded wiring.

1 concentrated winding
The centralized winding is applied to the salient pole type stator, and is usually made into a rectangular coil, and the warp tape is wrapped and shaped, and then is embedded in the iron core of the convex magnetic pole after being dried and processed by dipping lacquer. The primary winding of the commutator motor (including the DC motor and the general motor) and the main pole winding of the single-phase salient pole motor are centralized windings.
Usually each pole concentrated winding a coil, but also the consequent pole (polar) form, such as a frame type is to use a coil to form the bipolar shaded pole motor motor.

2 distributed winding
The stator winding is not distributed convex poles, each pole is composed of coil wiring block by one or several coils according to certain rules, energized after the formation of different polarity magnetic poles, so called hidden pole. According to the different arrangement of the embedded wiring, the distributed winding can be divided into two types: concentric and stacked.

(1) concentric winding concentric winding is made up of several coils which are similar in shape but different in size. The concentric winding can be composed of a double plane or a three plane winding according to different wiring modes. The stator winding of a three-phase induction motor with a single phase motor and a part of a small power or a large span coil is of this type.

(2) the stack type winding is generally made up of the same shape and the same size, each of which is embedded with 1 or two coil edges, and is uniformly distributed one by one at the outer end of the slot. The stacked winding is divided into two types: single layer and double layer.

Each slot only into a coil side for single-layer overlapping winding, or single winding; each groove two is different coil side coil group is placed in the groove of the upper and lower layers, double stacked or double winding winding. According to the variation of the embedded wiring method, the overlapping winding can be derived from the cross type, concentric cross type and single and double layer hybrid type.

At present, the stator windings of three phase induction motors with large power are often used in double stack type, while the small ones are mostly derived from the single layer winding, but the single layer winding is seldom used.

Brushless DC motor rotor
The rotor structure of Brushless DC motor is mainly made of surface pasted magnetic pole. On the surface of the iron core, the surface of the iron core is pasted with a magnetized rare earth permanent magnet, and the air gap magnetic flux density can be obtained by reasonable design.
The rotor of the brushless DC motor is embedded on the surface of the iron core or embedded in the inner core of the permanent magnet with a pole number. At present, permanent magnets are made of rare earth permanent magnetic materials with high coercivity and high remanence density. The permanent magnet of the rotor and the role of the permanent magnet brushless motor with function of similar, are built enough magnetic field in the motor air gap, the difference is that no permanent magnet brushless DC motor in rotor mounted on top, and a brush motor installed in the stator magnet above.
